About the Program
✨ What's included?
Coaching - 1-hour Courage & Connection group sessions twice a month
The community will gather together twice a month for a session with Julia that is focused on getting unstuck and moving into action. You are invited to bring a clear question and sit in the courage seat for individual coaching or observe for collective learning. You will leave the Courage & Connection sessions with a clear understanding of what action you need to take next to move forward, surrounded by the support and encouragement of Julia and the community.
Custom - 1.5-hour one-on-one foundation strategy session with Julia
We will start with where you are now, then go on a treasure hunt so that you can immediately create more time and money to build your dream. This may include actions that are out of your comfort zone, such as increasing your rates, automating tasks, hiring your first Virtual Assistant, or shifting from selling-to-one to selling-to-many.
We will uncover where you want to be in 5 - 10 years and explore how you can begin to align yourself with that vision. This vision will include both your financial and impact goals because you can’t have one without the other. Gentle warning: Julia will push you to set bigger goals than you ever dreamed possible!
Consistency - 1.5 hour quarterly Daring Data Deep Dive - group accountability strategy sessions
At the end of each quarter, you will dive into the data and get into the nitty-gritty of your business. The metrics and numbers will tell you what is working and what is not, what is costing you time and money or what is bringing you life. Then you can make the daring decisions you need to make to bring success into your business, create the greatest impact and find freedom in your life.
Calibration - Support with transforming into who you need to be to reach your goals
Through guided meditations, journal prompts, workbooks and calibration messages from Julia, you will be invited to align yourself with the future you dream of. You will integrate who you are with where you want to go so that it becomes easy to do the steps that will lead you there. Alongside all of the practical support, calibration is about the deep transformational work of exploring who you need to be to reach your goals.
